Neural Summary is an AI meeting notes platform for business professionals. It turns meetings, 1:1s, and solo recordings into finished work: action items, follow-up emails, flowcharts, backlogs, and other structured documents.

Record a conversation or upload an audio file. Neural Summary transcribes it, identifies the speakers, and writes a summary with action items. From there, you apply Lenses to turn the conversation into the documents you need.

A Lens is a specific document generated from your conversation. Meeting minutes, an executive summary, a follow-up email, a product requirements document, CRM notes, a blog post: each is one Lens. There are more than 40, organized by role, from sales and product to leadership and content.

A Memory is a collection of related conversations, for example everything about one client or one project. You can search across a Memory and ask questions that draw on all conversations in it, not just one.

Yes. You can record meetings, 1:1s, and voice notes directly in the browser or in the mobile apps. Recordings are processed automatically as soon as you finish.

All common audio and video formats, including M4A, MP3, WAV, MP4, MOV, WebM, FLAC, and OGG. For video files, Neural Summary uses the audio track.

Up to 1GB on the free plan, 3GB on Pro, and 5GB on Enterprise. Long recordings are handled automatically, so a multi-hour meeting is no problem.

Yes. Upload recordings from any meeting tool, or record the meeting directly from your browser while it runs. No bot joins your call.

Yes. Upload .txt, .vtt, or .srt files, or paste text directly. Imported transcripts get the same summaries, Lenses, and search as recorded conversations.

You can speak in more than 99 languages. Transcription, summaries, and Lenses follow the language of the conversation. The interface itself is available in English, Dutch, German, French, and Spanish.

Yes. Speakers are detected and labeled automatically where the audio allows it, and you can name or rename them at any time. Names carry through to summaries and generated documents.

You can rename speakers and use find and replace to correct recurring terms, product names, and jargon across the whole transcript.

Yes. Ask anything about a conversation and get an answer with timestamped references to the exact moments in the transcript. You can also ask questions across a whole Memory.

Yes. Summaries and generated documents can be translated into other languages, which helps when your meetings and your stakeholders do not share one language.

Yes. The free plan includes 5 conversations per month. New accounts also start with a 7-day Pro trial with full access, no credit card required.

Pro is $25 per month, or $225 per year (save 25%). It includes 60 hours of audio per month; additional hours are $0.50 each.

Yes. Cancel whenever you like. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Yes. You can subscribe on the web, through the App Store, or through Google Play. A subscription applies to your whole account and works on every device. Manage it on the platform where you subscribed.

Yes. Your conversations belong to you. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, we comply with GDPR, and we never sell your data to third parties. Service providers that help us run the platform are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Transcripts and generated documents stay in your account until you delete them. Audio storage follows the retention terms in our privacy policy.

Yes. Delete any conversation at any time, or delete your entire account from settings. Account deletion removes your conversations, documents, and personal data in line with our privacy policy.
